All the Briggs and Riley handle systems
are built on the outside with a concealed
"push button" on top of the handle to lock in the open and closed positions.
By design, all these Brigg wheelers have more packing room
on the inside than other Brands.
The flush packing surface inside allows traveling with much less wrinkling.
