     Q1.  What do you LIKE most about your Briggs & Riley item and/or your overall experience with us?
 
I have used the luggage once so far and I was very pleased. The history of the luggage indicate it is very good luggage. This is why I chose it and do not expect to replace it unless I just want to because I want something different. At this point I do not have a dislike. I am pleased.

     Q2.  Any DISLIKES? No

It is perfect for carrying on an airplane.

I would have preferred another color like deep purple or olive green.

     Q1. What do you LIKE most about your Briggs & Riley item and/or your overall experience with us?
 They arrived very quickly--even considering that she's in Toledo, OH, and LL is in Detroit.  I'd definitely shop with you again.  I did make use of the video when choosing Mom's new luggage.  They are handsome and fairly easy to maneuver.  My mother, who received them as a gift, claims that they are easy to pack.  
 
     Q2.  Any DISLIKES?
Too soon to know how well they will hold up.

     Q1.  What do you LIKE most about your Briggs & Riley item and/or your overall experience with us?

Incredible shopping experience and knowledgeable salespeople.  
Briggs& Riley is great quality, no doubt after my 75,000+ miles last year.  No problems at all, planning on buying some more luggage soon.

     Q2.  Any DISLIKES? The BRX backpack does not have enough cushion for the laptop, and if the top is left open my large laptop has slid out of the top more than once.  The shoulder pads tend to slip off your shoulder.  They could do some improvement to this backpack, I will probably buy a Swiss Army backpack next which is a favorite at my company.

     Q3.  Overall, from a scale of 1 (lowest) to 5 (highest), how satisfied are you? 
5, definitely.  I'll see you soon to buy another piece or two perhaps in Feb before my next international trip for a 19-20" Baseline or BRX
