FREQUENCY OF USE:  Whenever I travel, so usually once a month or so.  
LIKES: .I like everything about this luggage--it is durable, maximizes and organizes the interior space,  looks classy and sophisticated, doesn't weigh too much empty, and offered a lot of options (I bought the wheeled carryon suitcase for myself and for my husband, and then for him a backpack carryon and for me, the small wheeled duffel which I love--and which is plenty roomy for an entire weekend away.
 
DISLIKE: .There's nothing I dislike about it--oh, one thing:  it's a little hard to figure out how the wheeled duffel attaches to the top of the wheeled carryon suitcase.  I'm still not sure I got it right and the "owner's manual" that came with it doesn't do a good job of explaining.   

OVERALL RATING (1-5):   5

I could not be happier with this luggage.  I have recommended it to many people who like to travel, as I do, carry-on only.  It has not disappointed me in any way!

We appreciate you taking the time giving us your review.  Piggy backing a wheeled piece that is close in size to the main piece is a little more challenging, but it can be done.  The first time it takes a little time to get the adjustments just right.  Adjusting the strap (on the main piece) to hook to the top of the telescopic handle may be the best fit.  If it is still not clear (or just any questions) please call us toll free and one of our luggage consultants can go over it step by step.

FREQUENCY OF USE:   I bought 2 pieces and I have used them on about 6 trips, varying from 10 days with lots of travel to others that are point A to point B.
LIKES: It does exactly what I wanted it to do.  Bought for a 10 trip to Italy, needed to be carry on - it was perfect.  You can pack a ton in both pieces.  Interior is not fussy with too much compartments and extras.  Simple and all useable.  Looks good, too.  Seems to be standing up well.
 
DISLIKE: Can't think of anything.

OVERALL RATING (1-5):   Definitely a 5.

FREQUENCY OF USE:  We have used it three times.  Probably use it 5-6 times a year.

LIKES: We like the construction and the look of the luggage.
 
DISLIKE: The outside compartments could be better designed.   Do not understand the need for a full length pocket - having a smaller pocket up and larger one down (common design) seems more pragmatic.

OVERALL RATING (1-5):   So far a 4.
